Procedure to Prepare Green Chilli Pickle Recipe:

Step 1: Firstly wash the green chili and wipe them with dry or absorbent cotton cloth and set aside.

Green Chilli Pickle Recipe IngredientsStep 2: Remove the stalks of green chilies and slit the green chilies in the middle and set aside in a plate.

Step 3 : Take a pan add mustards seeds, cumin seeds, fenugreek seeds and Asafoetida powder fry it for 3 minutes till the ingredients become roast then turn off the flame and transfer the fried ingredients into a plate and set aside and allow it to cool. 

Step 4: Take a mixer add garlic cloves, red chili powder,

garam Masala powder and add all fried ingredients grind it very well and make a fine powder then transfer the prepared powder into a bowl and close the bowl with lid and keep aside.  

Step 5: Heat oil in a pan add slit green chilies fry it for few minutes till it turns golden brown color then turn off the heat and set aside let it cool down.

Step 6 : Take a large dry bowl add fried green chillies, add prepared powder, required amount of salt and pour lemon  juice and pour required amount of oil then mix everything very well together with wooden spoon and set aside.

Step 7: Now transfer the prepared pickle mixture into a sterilized jar glass and close the jar with lid and store it for 3 days.

Step 8: Try and serve this south Indian spicy green chilli pickle recipe. Enjoy the taste of this recipe along with planed rice.
