Directions to Prepare
Mughlai Parotta or Paratha Recipe:
Step 1: Firstly wash well and chop the onion, green chilli, tomato and potato into
small size and set aside.
Step 2: Take a bowl break the egg and add chopped onions, tomato pieces, green
chili, and one tablespoon of red chili, add one tablespoon of coriander powder
and add required quantity of salt and mix it very well everything together and
set aside.
Step 3: Firstly take
a large bowl add wheat flour and add required amount of salt as per taste add
some water to the dough and begin to knead the dough continue to knead the
dough Keep on kneading till the dough becomes pliable and soft.
Step 4: Now make medium size balls of the
dough and roll the balls with palms of your hands.
Step 5: Flatten the ball sprinkle some whole
wheat flour t
o the dough ball alternatively and you can also dust rolling board
with flour.
Step 6 : Place the egg mixture in the center
of the parotta and spread it carefully fold the ends of the roti and close it
flip it on other side fold it on all sides like a rectangular parcel.
Step 7: Take a tawa and grease some oil to
the tawa and heat it for 1minute tawa is heated then place the stuffed parotta
fry it in medium heat see large bubbles on the parotta roast in both sides and
drain it in a plate and set aside.
Procedure to Prepare
Mughlai Parotta or Paratha Curry:
Step 1 : Take a frying pan pour oil and add cardamom, clove, add chopped onions and
green chili fry it for 3 to 4 minutes in normal heat.
Step 2: Now add red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin seeds powder, ginger
garlic paste and add chopped tomato pieces mix it very well together and close it
with the lid and cook it for about 5 minutes in medium heat.
Step 3: Add potato pieces, grated fresh coriander and pour water then mix it very well
and sauté it in medium flame after that gravy is thickens and you see specks of
oil on the top of the curry and turn off the heat.
Step 4: Try and serve this tasty mughlai parotta or mughlai paratha food recipe along
