Procedure to Prepare Green Chilli
Chutney Recipe:
Step 1: Firstly wash
the green chillies well and wipe them with dry cloth and cop into medium size and
set aside.
Step 2: Taka a frying
pan pour oil add chopped green chilli and fry it for about 5 to 10 minutes in
normal flame till the raw off the chilles goes off then switch off the flame
and transfer the fried chillies into a plate and allow it to cool.
Step 3: In the same
pan add black gram, Bengal gram, fenugreek seeds, cumin seeds and add pinch of
Asafoetida powder fry it for 1 minute in medium heat then turn off the flame
and set aside for cool down.
Step 4: Take a mixer
and add fried green chili, add all fired ingredients, tamarind pulp, add garlic
cloves and add required amount of salt as per taste and grind it very well and
make a fine paste transfer the prepared paste into a bowl and set aside.
Step 5 : Take a
frying pan add coriander and pinch of mustard
seeds fry it for 1 minute in normal flame then add prepared paste mix well and fry it for 1 minute after that turn off
the heat.
Step 6: Try and serve
this tasty and spicy green chilli chutney recipe. Enjoy the tasty of this food
recipe along with idly or dosa or plain cooked rice.
