Way to Prepare Green Gram Dosa Recipe:

Green Gram Dosa Recipe IngredientsStep 1: Firstly wash and chop the onion and green chilli into very small size and set aside and wash the ginger piece well and remove the skin and mince the ginger piece and set aside into a bowl.

Step 2: Wash and soak green gram all overnight in the early morning drain the excess water and wash it one time and set aside.

Step 3: Take a mixer add soaked green gram and add required amount of salt to it and grind it very well together and make a thick and smooth batter by adding little amount of water then transfer the prepared batter into a bowl and set aside. Now take a bowl add chopped onions, green chilli, minced ginger and cumin seeds mix it very well together with a spoon and set aside.

Step 4: Heat a nonstick pan for 1 minute and rub it with a drop of oil now pour prepared green gram batter on the non stick pan and apply around shape pour some oil around the green gram dosa and also pour few drops of oil on top of the dosa then drop the tablespoon of onion and green chilli mixture on top of the dosa and press it slightly then flip and fry it for both sides.

Step 5: Dose edges starts browning and dose is cooked then fold the green gram dosa fry it for both sides for another 5 then transfer the prepared green gram dosa into a serving plate.
