Procedure to Prepare Paratta or
Paratha Recipe:
Step 1 : Firstly take
a large bowl add maida and add salt as per taste add some water to the dough in parts
begin to knead the dough continue to knead the dough keep on kneading till the
dough becomes pliable and soft
Step 2: Now make small to medium balls of
the dough roll the balls with palms of your hands.
Step 3 : Using a rolling board place the balls on working surface and apply
oil on the top of these balls and allow it to rest for about 5 minutes, after 10 minutes flatten the balls 14 -14
inches the dough should be elastic and spread it as thin transparent as
possible apply oil all around the parotta while rolling.
Step 4: Dough is flatten lift and fold it
like sari from one end to another now rotate the dough and make a spiral dough
Step 5: Prepare all the spiral balls this
way and keep them covered with a moist cloth for 10 minutes before you starting
cooking them.
Step 6: Carefully flatten the spiral dough
using rolling pan you can see layers in the dough now don`t rolls it too thin.
Step 7 : Take a tawa heat it for 1 minute
then drop the rolled parotta or paratha and spread oil on paratha and cook it
both sides till its colour is change are evenly done then transfer the hot
paratha into a serving plate.
Step 8: Try and serve this tasty paratha
