Way to Prepare Snake Gourd Pakoda
Recipe:
Step 1: Firstly peel
off the whitish skin from the snake gourd and wash them very well and chop it into
medium size and also chop the onion and green chilli into very small size and
keep aside.
Step 2: Take a large
bowl add Bengal gram flour, add turmeric powder, snake gourd pieces and add
chopped onion and green chilli , red chilli powder, coriander powder, Garam masala
powder and required quantity of salt.
Step 3: Mix very
well together and add very little amount of water and marinate it for about 1
hour and set aside.
Step 4: Take a mixer
add marinated ingredients grind it very well and prepare thick and smooth paste
then transfer the prepared paste into a bowl and keep aside.
Step 5: And make
small balls with the prepared mixture and keep aside.
Step 6: Take a heavy bottomed vessel and add oil for deep frying drop the prepared
balls into the hot oil fry it both sides till it gets golden color.
Step 7: Remove the pakodas from the oil and then drain them on kitchen paper to
remove excess oil.
