Procedure to Prepare Snake Gourd Fry:
Step 1: Firstly
clean the snake gourd peel the skin and chop snake gourd in small size chunks.
Step 2: Take a pan
pour oil; add mustard, cumin, black gram, dry chilli and few curry leaves fry
it 1 minute in medium flame.
Step 4: Add Bengal
gram powder and red chili powder sauté it 5 minutes till the raw aroma goes
off.
Step 5: When it is
done switch off the flame.
Step 6: Serve hot
with roti or cooked rice. Try and enjoy the taste of this recipe.
