Procedure to Prepare Mutton Kebab:

Step 1: Firstly take a large bowl add mutton keema, chopped green chilli, ginger garlic paste, cumin seeds powder, red chilli powder, cheese and salt as per taste.

Mutton Kebab IngredientsStep 2: Mix all the ingredients very well in such away so that all the mutton keema well coated and keep them marinating in refrigerator at least for 2 hours.

Step 3: Take a mixer add marinating mutton keema grind it well and prepare thick paste and then prepare round keema balls set aside.

Step 4: Take a tawa pour cheese drop the prepared keema balls fry till it becomes roast to both sides then drain the roasted keema balls in a plate.

Step 5: Take a mixer add chopped Capsicum, coriander, onion and add pinch of salt grind it well and prepare smooth paste then remove to a bowl.

Step 6: Take a bowl add egg white only mix very well and drop the roasted keema balls in egg mixture then again drop this keema balls in capsicum paste.

Step 7: Now take a tawa pour cheese add keema balls roast crispy till mutton keema is well cooked.

Step 8: Do these same process to all the keema balls.

 Step 9:  Try and serve the Mutton kebab food recipe along with tomato ketch up.
