Egg Fried Rice


Ingredients:
  • ·         Rice – 1/2 kg.

  • ·         Eggs – 3.
  • ·         Green chili – 4.
  • ·         Masala powder – 1 tablespoon.
  • ·         Clove – 4.
  • ·         Cardamom – 3.
  • ·         Cinnamon – 1.
  • ·         Pepper powder – 1/2 tablespoon.
  • ·         Ginger garlic paste – 3 tablespoon.
  • ·         Garam masala – 2 tablespoon.
  • ·         Capsicum  – 1.
  • ·         Chopped Cabbage – 1 cup.
  • ·         Onion – 1.
  • ·         Cashew nuts  – 10.
  • ·         Oil as required.
  • ·         Salt to taste.
  • ·         Water – 1000 ml.
  • ·         Chopped Coriander – 1/2 cup.
Procedure to Prepare Fried Rice:

Step 1: Firstly wash rice and Chop the onions, green chilli, capsicum and cabbage.

Step 2: Take cooker add 1000 ml water and rice close the cooker pan with the lid cook it 3 for whistles and keep it aside until the pressure goes off.

Step 3: Take a frying pan add oil, Clove, Cardamom and Cinnamon fry it 2 minutes.

Egg Fried Rice RecipeStep 4 : Now add chopped onion, green chilli, capsicum, cabbage, cashew nuts and salt as per taste fry it 10 minutes then add ginger garlic paste sauté it 2 minutes.

Step 5: Meanwhile take a bowl and break the eggs add some salt and masala powder to eggs mixture then blend it well.

Step 6: Now add egg mixture in fried vegetables pan then fry it for 5 minutes in medium flame.

Step 7: Add boiled rice, pepper powder and garam masala cook it 12 minutes in medium flame.

Step 8: Add coriander cook it 1 minute and heat off.

Step 9: Try and serve this tasty easy fried rice recipe.
