Procedure to Prepare Capsicum Curry:

Capsicum Curry IngredientsStep 1: Finely chop the Capsicum, onions and green chilli then set aside. 

Step 2: Take a pan pour oil and add chopped capsicum fry until the raw aroma goes off.

Step 3: Add coriander powder and Bengal gram powder sauté it 5 minutes in medium flame and keep aside.

Step 4: Take another pan pour oil; add chopped onions and green chilli cook it until golden brown appears.

Capsicum Curry ReipeStep 5: After that add the ginger garlic paste fry it until the ginger garlic raw aroma goes off.

Step 6: Now add fried capsicum pieces, chopped coriander, red chilli powder and salt as per taste. Mix it very well together all ingredients.  

Step 7:  Finally cover the curry pan with lid and cook it medium flame in 3 minutes after that heat off.   

Step 8:  Try and serve capsicum curry food recipe along with cooked rice and roties.
