Procedure to Prepare Sweet Chips:

Step 1: Firstly peel the sweet potato and chop into round shape.

Step 2: Heat a pan dry fry the gingili till it gets golden brown color and keep aside.

Sweet Chips IngredientsStep 3: Take a pressure cooker pour water add chopped sweet  potato close the cooker pan with the lid and cook it for 1 whistles then heat off and keep aside till the pressure goes off.  Once it cool down then open the cooker and drain the excess water out then peel of the sweet potatoes. And set it into a plate.

Step 4: Take a vessel pour water add sugar, almond powder and cardamom powder stirring continuously till it become a syrup then transfer it into a bowl and set aside.

Sweet Chips RecipeStep 5: Heat oil in a pan add boiled sweet potatoes chips and fry it for 10 minutes in medium heat. Now transfer it into a plate.

Step 6: Now drop the fried Sweet potatoes chips into the syrup and garnish with roasted gingili seeds.

Step 7: Try and Serve this sweet chips recipe as a snack.
