Procedure to Prepare Mutton Mango Curry:

Step 1: Firstly clean and wash the mutton and drain the water set aside.

Mutton Mango Curry IngredientsStep 2: Chop onions, mango, and coriander keep aside and finely slit green chilli set aside.

Step 3: Take a presser cooker pour oil add chopped onions and green chilli fry till it gets golden brown color.

Step 4: Add ginger garlic paste, coriander powder and chopped mango pieces well mix these ingredients together fry until the raw aroma of these ingredients goes off and allow to cook.  

Step 5: Now add mutton, red chilli powder and salt as per taste mix it very well and sauté it for 15 minutes in medium flame.

Step 6: Mix in between for every 2 to 3 minutes and required quantity of water and chopped coriander mix well together all ingredients.

Step 7: Close the cooker pan with the lid cook it for 5 whistles. Keep aside till the pressure goes off.

Step 8: Now open the lid and see the curry becomes thick grave after that transfer the curry into the serving bowl.

Step 9: Try and Serve this Mutton mango food recipe along with steamed rice or fried rice or roti.
