Procedure to Prepare Cucumber Pulusu:

Step 1: Firstly wash and chop cucumber, onion and green chilli into medium size and keep aside.

Step 2: Take a mixer add ginger, garlic, cumin, onion and green chilli grind it well and prepare thick paste.

Step 3: Take a pan pour oil add prepared paste fry it 5 minutes till the raw aroma goes off.

Cucumber Pulusu RecipeStep 4: Add chopped cucumber mix well fry it in medium flame.

Step 5: Now add red chili powder, salt as per taste and add some water sauté it 10 minutes.

Step 6: Add tamarind pulp and chopped coriander mix well and leave until it comes to a soft boil and it forms thick gravy.

Step 7: When it is done switch off the flame.

Step 8: Serve it hot with steamed rice.
