Procedure to Prepare Mushroom Dosa:
Step 1: Firstly clean and wash the mushroom and grate them
and mince the spinach.
Step 2: Take a vessel pore water add corn kernels boil it for about 10 minutes in
medium flame then heat off and drain excess water then keep the boiled corn
kernels in a bowl and set aside.
Step 3: Take a pan pour oil add garlic cloves, grated mushrooms, minced spinach and
add boiled corn kernels and cook it for 15 minutes then mix it well in between
for every 2 to 3 minutes and cover with a shallow plate.
Step 4: Add them Maida mix will fry until the raw aroma of these ingredients goes
off.
Step 5: Now add chopped coriander, mint, milk, bread powder and required quantity
of salt well mix and allow to cook.
Step 6: Curry becomes thick grave after that switch off the flame remove it to the
bowl set aside and allow it to cool. Once the mixture cool down.
Step 7: Take a bowl pour water, maida and add required quantity of salt and mix it
well make it like a dosa batter.
Step 8: Take a tawa
heat 1 minute grease oil and pour prepared maida batter apply round shape like
a dose and add cooked mushroom on the top of the dosa. Fry it both sides till
it turns to golden brown color.
Step 9: Try and serve
this mushroom dosa recipe along with tomato chutney or coriander chutney.
