Procedure to Prepare
Carrot Coconut and Bengal Gram
Curry:
Step 2: Now take a pan pour water add Bengal
gram and boil it for about 15 minutes in normal flame till the Bengal gram
become cooked then switch off the flame let it cool then drain the excess water
in Bengal then set aside.
Step 3: Take another pan pour oil add cumin
seeds and add slightly crushed garlic cloves fry it for 1 minute till the garlic aroma rises.
Step 4: Then add dry chilli fry it for 1 second and
add grated coconut, grated carrot, boiled Bengal gram and add required quantity
of salt mix it very well together and cook it for about 10 minutes in normal
flame.
Step 5: Finally add red chili powder mix
very well and sauté it for 5 minutes in medium flame after that switch off the
flame.
Step 6: Serve this recipe along with steamed
rice or roti. Enjoy the taste of this food recipe along with family and
relatives.
