Way to Prepare Rava Dosa Recipe:

Step 1: Firstly wash and chop onion, green chili, coriander and curry leaves into very small size set aside in a plate.

Rava Dosa Recipe IngredientsStep 2: Take a large bowl and add rice flour, add semolina rava, maida flour and add fresh curd whisk it very well together and make a fine and smooth batter by adding little amount of water.

Step 3 : In the same bowl add chopped onion, green chilli, coriander, curry leaves and cumin seeds and add required amount of salt as per taste  then add grated ginger add all these ingredients to the batter and stir it very well everything together and keep aside.

Step 5: Spread some oil on a hot frying pan pour the prepared batter from the edges towards the center sprinkle some oil from the top of the dosa.

Step 6: Cook the rava dose till the dose becomes crisp and golden brown

Step 7: Once the dose is browned and crisp turn over with a spatula and cook the top side once flip and cook both sides then fold the dosa and transfer it to a serving plate.
