Procedure to Prepare Jalebi Sweet
Recipe:
Step 1: Take a large
bowl add Maida or all purpose flour, add curd, ghee and add corn flour mix well
everything together and make a fine a thick batter.
Step 2: Add them
water and prepare smooth paste and break the small lumps with the spoon while
mixing you can also use your hands for mixing.
Step 4: Take vessel
pour water add them sugar heat it well till it reaches the thick consistency
and add lemon juice stir it continuously till the syrup is boiled then switch
off the flame and set aside.
Step 5: Take a another
vessel pour oil for deep fry heat oil
for 1 minute then squeeze the bottle and make concentric rings with the batter.
Step 6: When one
side partly cooked turn over and fry other side.
Step 7: Then
immediately put the fried jalebis into the sugar syrup.
Step 8: Try and
