Directions to Prepare
Wheat Flour Dosa Recipe:
Step 1: Firstly wash the onion and green chilli then chop them into small size and
set aside in a plate. Sieve the wheat flour and get the fine and smooth wheat
flour powder then transfer the prepared powder into a bowl and close the bowl
with lid and set aside.
Step 2: Take a large bowl add sieved wheat flour, add chopped onion, green chilli
and pour water little by little mix it very well everything together and make a
fine and smooth batter.
Step 3: Now add required quantity of salt to the prepared batter and stir it very
well till the salt completely melts in the batter and close the batter bowl
with lid and keep aside for 1 hour.
Step 4: Heat a
nonstick pan for 1 minute and rub it with a drop of oil now pour prepared
batter apply around shape and pour oil around dose and top of the dosa then
flip and fry it for both sides till the dosa turns into golden brown color then
fold the dosa and remove the hot wheat flour dosa to the serving plate.
