Procedure to Prepare Gooseberry with
Spring Onion Balls:
Step 1: Firstly
clean and wash gooseberry, spring onions and green chilli chop them into small
size and remove the gooseberry seeds then set aside.
Step 2: Heat a pan
pour five tablespoons of oil and add chopped gooseberry stir fry them in medium
heat till it become smooth or sauté it for about 15 minutes in normal flame
then transfer them to a bowl set aside and allow it to cool.
Step 4: Take a large
bowl add Maida, grated cabbage, chopped spring onions, green chilli, add
prepared gooseberry paste, bread crumbs, 2 to 3 tablespoons of tomato sauce and
add salt as per taste mix it very well together and add some water then make a
lemon size round balls continue the process till the batter is completed.
Step 5: Take a heavy bottomed vessel pour oil for deep frying heat it for a minute
in low to medium flame drop the goose berry balls into the hot oil fry it both
sides till it gets golden color. Drain the fried balls into an absorbent paper.
Step 6: Try and Serve the gooseberry with spring onions balls recipe along with
tomato sauce. Enjoy this food recipe with your friends and relatives.
