Procedure to Prepare Gingili and Ground Nuts Barfi:

Gingili and Ground Nuts Barfi Sweet IngredientsStep 1: Heat a pan and dry roast the ground nuts till it become crispy then set aside and cool it and remove the skin from the peanuts in the same pan add gingili and cashew nuts fry it for 4 to 5 mintues in medium heat till the nice aroma rises. Then transfer them to a bowl and cool down.

Gingili and Ground Nuts Barfi SweetStep 2: Meanwhile take a plate grease a drop of ghee to the entire plate set aside.



Step 3: Take a mixer add fried ground nuts, gingili and cashew nuts grind it well together and make a coarse powder. Transfers the prepared powder to a bowl keep aside. Now take a pan add ghee and coconut fry it well till the nice aroma raises then heat off. Transfer it to a plate set aside.

Step 4: Take a vessel pour water add sugar and add fried coconut mix it well together and boil it for a minute now add prepared powder, cardamom powder and pour some ghee cook it for 1 minute then sugar would start melting and keep stirring continuously till the mixture slightly thickens and starts leaving the side of the vessel

Step 5: Pour the entire Gingelly ground nuts barfi mixture in the greased butter paper once the barfi cools down slice into diamond shape garnish with cashew nuts now transfer them to a greased plate.  

Step 6: Gingili and Ground nuts barfi recipe is ready to tasty. Store it in a airtight container. It can be stored for 3 to 4 days. Serve this delicious gingili and ground nuts barfi food recipe during the festivals.
