Procedure to Prepare Chicken Paneer Bajji:

Step 1: Firstly clean and wash chicken and chop it into very small size. Set aside.

Step 2: Take a bowl add chicken, one tablespoon of ginger garlic paste, garam masala and salt as per taste mix it well together and marinate it for about 1 hour. Keep aside.

Step 3: Heat oil in a pan add green chilli, marinated chicken, ginger garlic paste, garam masala, red chilli powder, add some salt as per taste and add chopped coriander mix it well together and sauté it for about 15 minutes in medium heat the chicken is cooked  turn off the heat remove the stuff into a bowl set aside.

Chicken Paneer Bajji RecipeStep 4: Take a paneer lengthy piece cut in the center of the paneer to make two parts in a single paneer piece then add stuff in the middle of the paneer then join the two slides.

Step 5: Now take a bowl add curd, Bengal gram flour, cumin seeds powder, salt to taste and add some water and prepare smooth paste dip the stuffed paneer slices into a prepared Bengal gram flour and refrigerate it for about 1 hour

Step 6: Take a tawa pour oil add paneer pieces fry it both sides till it turns the golden brown color  drain them to absorbent paper to absorbs the excess oil.
