Procedure to Prepare Drumstick with Mango Pickle:

Drumstick with Mango Pickle IngredientsStep 1: Firstly clean and wash the mango and drumsticks wipe the mangoes and drumsticks to the absorbent cloth or tissue and cut them into medium size pieces with the kernel intact and remove the outer core.

Drumstick with Mango Pickle Step 2: Fry the fenugreek seeds till they begin to smell good set aside in the same pan dry roast the mustard seeds fry it well till they begin to smell good then transfer to a plate set aside to cool completely

Step 3: Take a mixer add fried mustard seeds and fenugreek seeds mixes well together and prepare fine powder then transfer them to a bowl and set aside.

Step 4: Take a large bowl add mango cubes, drumstick pieces, red chilli powder and add prepared powder and add slightly crushed garlic cloves required quantity of salt.

Step 5: Now pour oil mix everything well and the mixture looks dark and dry.

Step 6: Store it in jar do not use plastic jars for storing pickle because the taste changes and unhealthy so store the pickle in glass jar.

Step 7: After 4-5 days you can start having the mango pickle.   

Step 8: Serve this spicy and tasty drumstick and mango pickle food recipe as a side dish or serve the recipe along with dal or idly or dosa or curd rice.
