Ingredients
for this curry:

Fish
(washed and sliced) – 4
- · Mustard seeds – ½ tablespoon
- · Chopped Onions – ½ cup
- · Curry leaves – 2 tablespoons
- · Green chilies (chopped) – 3
- · Tamarind pulp– ½ cup
- · Coconut Milk – 2 cups
- · Chopped tomato – 1 cup
- · Fenugreek seeds powder – ½ tablespoon
- · Cumin seeds powder – ½ tablespoon
- · Ginger- garlic paste – 2 tablespoons
- · Lemon juice – 2 tablespoons
- · Turmeric – 1 tablespoon
- · Salt to taste
- · Red chili powder – 3 tablespoons
- · Oil – ½ cup
Procedure
to prepare Coconut Milk Fish Curry:
- Step1: Take a pan and add oil, heat oil in medium flam and add mustard seeds, chopped Onions then fry it for 5 minutes in medium flam
- Step2: Then add ginger garlic paste and fry it until the ginger garlic aroma goes off.
- Step3: Add curry leaves, lengthy chopped green chilies and turmeric powder mix well it.
- Step4: Then add tamarind pulp, salt to taste, and red chili powder together all these ingredients.
- Step5: Now add coconut milk sauté it about 5 minutes in medium flam.
- Step6: Add fish slices and chopped tomato cook it for 5 minutes until the fish slices becomes soft.
- Step7: Now add fenugreek seeds powder, cumin seeds powder sauté it about 2 minutes.
- Step8: Now take it in serving bowl and add lemon juice before you serve this curry.
- Step9: And serve this tasty fish with coconut milk recipe.
