Procedure to Prepare Badusha:
Step 1: Take a large
bowl add Maida, pinch of baking soda and add butter mix it very well together
by adding some milk to the dough and continue to knead
the dough till it become pliable and soft.
Step 3: After that divide
the dough into equal lemon sized balls flatten it a little and make a deep impression
with your thumb in middle of the balls do this process for the remaining
badushas.
Step 5: Heat oil in a
vessel once the oil is hot keep the flame in medium and drop the badushas fry till
it turns golden brown color then it completely cooked and turns crispy so drain
out from the oil.
