Procedure to Prepare Fish with Curd
Curry:
Step 1: Firstly
clean and wash the fish pieces. Wash it with rock salt a
nd water. Set aside.
Step 2: Take a bowl
add Maida, required quantity of salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and
some drops of water then mix it very well and prepare smooth paste now add fish
pieces on the Maida paste marinate it for a while.
Step 3: Heat oil in
a pan add marinated fish pieces fry it in medium heat flip and fry the both
sides till the fish become cooked then transfer them to a plate and keep aside.
Step 4: After that take
a vessel pour oil add bay leaf, cinnamon stick and cardamom fry it for 1 minute
and add onion paste, green chilli, ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder and
cumin seeds powder.
Step 5: Fry until
the raw aroma off these ingredients goes off and add curd mix well together and
allow to cook in medium heat.
