Ingredients:
- · Mutton 250 gms
- · Chopped Onions – 3 cups
- · Chopped green chilli – 2 tablespoons
- · Ginger Garlic paste – 3 tablespoons
- · Chopped Coriander – ½ cup
- · Garam masala powder – 2 tablespoons
- · Salt to taste
- · Red chilli powder to taste
- · Oil required
- · water - 1 cup
Procedure to
prepare mutton fry :
- Step 1: Firstly clean the mutton and wash it well and drain the water.
- Step 2: Take a cooker and add mutton, ginger garlic paste, water, garam masala, and salt to taste close the cooker with the lid cook it for 5 whistles.
- Step 3: Take a frying pan add oil, chopped onions and chopped green chili cook it for 3 minutes
- Step 4: Add ginger garlic paste and boiled mutton curry, salt and red chili powder cook it for about 15 minutes in medium flam.
- Step 5: Add chopped coriander, 1 cup water cook it for about 10 minutes until the oil separates out of the curry.
