Mutton Fry

Ingredients:
    Mutton fry ingredients
  • ·         Mutton 250 gms
  • ·         Chopped Onions – 3 cups
  • ·         Chopped green chilli – 2 tablespoons
  • ·         Ginger Garlic paste – 3 tablespoons
  • ·         Chopped Coriander – ½ cup
  • ·         Garam masala powder – 2 tablespoons
  • ·         Salt to taste
  • ·         Red chilli powder to taste
  • ·         Oil required
  • ·         water - 1 cup

Procedure to prepare mutton fry :
    Mutton fry recipe
  • Step 1:  Firstly clean the mutton and wash it well and drain the water.
  • Step 2: Take a cooker and add mutton, ginger garlic paste, water, garam masala, and salt to taste close the cooker with the lid cook it for 5 whistles.
  • Step 3:  Take a frying pan add oil, chopped onions and chopped green chili cook it for 3 minutes
  • Step 4: Add ginger garlic paste and boiled mutton curry, salt  and red chili powder cook it for about 15 minutes in medium flam.
  • Step 5:  Add chopped coriander, 1 cup water cook it for about 10 minutes until the oil separates out of the curry.
