Cashew Nuts with Pumpkin Curry Recipe IngredientsStep 1: Firstly wash the pumpkin and peel off then chop the pumpkin into medium size cubes and also chop the onion, tomato and green chilli into very small size and set aside in a plate.

Step 2: Take a mixer add chopped tomato, cashew nuts, curd and add coconut piece grind it very well together and make a fine paste by adding very little amount of water then transfer the prepared paste into a bowl and set aside.

Step 4: Now add chopped pumpkin cubes and add required amount of salt as per taste, garam masala powder and add red chilli powder mix it for every 2 to 3 minutes.

Step 5: Add ginger garlic paste and add coriander powder fry it for 5 minute add them water cook it in medium till the pumpkin is cooked.

Step 6: Now add them prepared paste mix very well everything together and cook it for about 10 minutes.

Step 7: Finally add grated coriander mix well and allow it to cook them till the gravy become thick and you see specks of oil on the top of the curry after that turn off the heat.
