Directions to Cook Banana Burelu Recipe:

Step 1: Firstly peel off the banana and take the bananas into bowl and mash it well and set aside.

Step 2: Take vessel pour some water and add jaggery powder stir it once and boil it for about 15 minutes in normal flame.

Step 3 : Take a large bowl add mashed banana mixture, wheat flour, rice flour, add pinch of baking soda, add cardamom powder and add bit of salt finally add boiled jaggery syrup stir it very well and add bit of water mix everything well and prepare smooth and thick paste.

Banana Burelu RecipeStep 4: Take some prepared mixture or two tablespoons of prepared batter and shape it in small sized balls.

Step 5: Take a heavy bottomed vessel and add oil for deep frying heat the oil for 2 minutes in medium flame then drop the prepared batter balls into the hot oil and fry it both sides till it gets golden color then drain the fried burelu into an absorbent paper or kitchen paper.
