Procedure to Prepare Cauliflower Crispy Fry Recipe:
Step 1: Firstly clean the cauliflower florets and wash them
in warm water and drain the water set aside.
Step 2: Take a mixer add chopped ginger, garlic cloves and
dry chilli add them very little amount of water grind it very well together and
make a fine and thick smooth paste then transfer the prepared paste into a bowl
and set aside.
Step 3: Take a large bowl add cauliflower florets and add
prepared paste, add coriander powder, add garam masala and add required
quantity of salt mix everything together very well and set aside.
Step 4: Now add maida flour, corn flour, Bengal gram flour and
add lemon juice add them some water mix well everything together and make a
fine and thick paste.
Step 5: Now take a heavy bottomed vessel pour oil heat it for
about one minute then drop the cauliflower florets in hot oil and fry it both
sides in medium heat till the cauliflower florets turns into golden brown and
it become crisp and remove them to an absorbent paper for absorbs the excess
oil then transfer it to a serving plate.
