Prawns Biryani

Ingredients:
    Prawns Biryani Ingredients
  • ·         Prawns – 1 cup.
  • ·         Basmati rice – 2 cups.
  • ·         Ginger garlic paste – 2 tablespoons.
  • ·         Medium size onion – 1.
  • ·         Garam masala – 2 table spoons.
  • ·         Clove – 3.
  • ·         Cinnamon stick – 1. 
  • ·         Cardamom  -  2.
  • ·         Salt to taste.  
  • ·         Curd – ½ cup. 
  • ·         Oil as required.
  • ·         Chopped Coriander – ½ cup.
  • ·         Water – 2 cups.

Procedure to Prepare Prawns Biryani:

Step 1: Firstly clean the Prawns wash it well and drain the water then Keep it aside.

Step 2: Now clean and chop the onion, green chilli and coriander.  

Step 3: Take a bowl add washed Prawns, turmeric powder and garam masala mix it well then marinate it for 30 minutes.

Step 4 :  Now take a cooker add oil, clove, cardamom and cinnamon fry it for 5 seconds and add chopped onions, green chilli fry till it turns golden brown.

Step 5:  Now add ginger garlic paste fry it till the raw smell disappears.

Step 6: Add marinated prawns mix well and sauté it for 2 minutes in medium flame till the prawns absorbs masala.

Step 7: Now add the curd and salt as per taste and cook it till the oil separates out of the curry.

Step 8: Add 2 cups water and mix it well sauté it for 5 minutes.  

Step 9: Now add the basmati rice cover the cooker with lid cook it for 3 whistles then flame off. Keep it aside until the pressure goes off.

Step 10: Try and Serve this spicy prawn’s biryani.
