Making Process of Cashew Nuts Thokkudu Laddu Recipe:

Cashew Nuts Thokkudu Laddu Recipe IngredientsStep 1: Take a large bowl add gram flour add them water little by little knead into smooth batter paste.

Step 2: Take a wok add some ghee and add cashew nuts fry it well till it turns light golden brown then remove them to plate and set aside.

Cashew Nuts Thokkudu Laddu RecipeStep 3: In the same pan pour oil and heat it for about 2 minutes then take a strainer and pour the prepared batter and fry the boondi till it becomes crispy then remove them to a  bowl and cool down.

Step 4 : Now take a vessel add sugar add them 2 cups of water and boil it well till the sugar dissolves completely and it form thick syrup and mix well add the cardamom powder and add them ghee mix well cook it for about 1 minute then turn off the heat and cool it.

Step 5: Take a mixer add prepared boondi mix well and prepare thick and smooth paste.

Step 6: Remove it to plate add fried cashew nuts mix well and apply little ghee to your hand and prepare it in round shape thokkudu laddus. And allow it to cool and shade dry them for few minutes then store this prepared laddu into an airtight glass container.
