Way to Cook
Chicken Fry Pieces for Birayani Recipe:
Step 1: Firstly pound the coriander seeds, cumin seeds, cardamom, cinnamon stick
and cloves pound them well and make a fine powder then transfer the prepared
powder into a bowl and set aside.
Step 2: Take a mixer jar add cashew nuts and grind it very well and prepare fine
powder then remove it to the bowl set aside.
Step 3 : Take a large bowl add washed chicken add red chili powder, salt to taste,
turmeric powder, add onion paste, add one tablespoon of ginger garlic paste and
add lemon juice mix everything very well and marinate it for about 30 minutes.
Step 4: Take vessel pour cup water and add the marinated chicken cook on a low to
medium heat until chicken completely cooked then turn off the heat and transfer
it to a bowl and set aside.
Step 5: Heat oil in a pan add three tablespoons of prepared powder fry it for 1
second and add cooked chicken and add them to the prepared cashew nuts powder
and fry it very well.
Step 6: Mix very well everything together and fry until the moisture evaporates
completely and nice aroma of the masala chicken is rises then switch off the
flame and set aside.
Procedure to Prepare

Step 7: Firstly wash and soak rice for about 1 hour and drain the water.
Step 8: Take a mixer add onion paste, add ginger garlic paste, mint, coriander and
green chilli grind it very well and make a fine paste then transfer the
prepared paste into a bowl and set aside.
Step 9: Heat a pressure cooker pour oil add bay leaf add prepared masala powder
and add coriander powder fry it for 1 second.
Step 10: Now add prepared mint paste, biryani masala, coriander powder, red chilli
powder and add curd mix well everything together and cook until the oil
separates out of the curry.
Step 11: Add them water and add required amount of salt mix everything very well
and check the salt and bring to a boil and add them soaked rice mix and cook on
a medium heat and for 2 whistles then add fried chicken pieces to the rice mix
everything well and cook it on medium flame till the water completely
evaporates then switch off the flame.
