Procedure to Make Coconut Burelu Recipe:

Coconut Burelu Recipe IngredientsStep 1: Firstly take a bowl pour water and add rice soak it all over the night and soak the black gram in water overnight in the early morning drain the water and wash it for one time.

Step 2: Take a mixer add soaked rice and black gram grind them very well by adding very little amount of water and prepare a fine and thick paste.

Step 3: Take a pan add jaggery, add grated coconut and add cardamom powder mix well and cook it in medium flame till the jaggery completely melts and it become thick then switch off the flame and allow it to cool.

Step 4: Prepare small lemon sized balls with the prepared mixture and keep aside after that drop the lemon size balls into the prepared thick black gram batter.

Step 5: Take a heavy bottomed vessel and pour oil for deep frying then drop the coconut burelu into the hot oil fry it both sides till it gets golden color drain the fried burelu into an absorbent paper and then transfer it to a serving plate do this process for remaining burelu.

Step 6: Try and serve this coconut burelu food recipe. Enjoy this recipe along with some ghee.
