Procedure to prepare
Bottle Gourd Peel Dosa:
Step 2: Clean and wash the Onion and green chilli chop into medium size and keep
aside.
Step 3: Take a mixer add bottle gourd peel, soaked rice, split black lentils, Bengal gram
flour, ginger garlic paste and salt as per needed blend this ingredients and
prepare thick and smooth batter.
Step 4: Heat a flat pan heat for 1 minute rub it with a drop of oil, now pour
prepared batter and rub circular way on the pan add some oil on top and add
chopped onion and green chilli on top around the dose. Flip and cook the other
side.
Step 5: Try and serve dosa recipe along with coconut or ginger chutney.
