Procedure to Prepare
Corn Kebab:
Step 1: Firstly wash onion green chilli and chop them into small size.
Step 2: Take mixer add sweet corn kernels grind it well and prepare thick paste.
Step 3: Take a large bowl add prepared sweet corn paste and add chopped onions,
green chilli, cheese, Maida and salt as per needed mix it well and prepare
thick paste now prepare round shape kebabs with the prepared paste and Keep
aside.
Step 4: Take another bowl add Maida and water mix it well and prepare thick liquid
batter.
Step 5: Now kebab dipped in Maida liquid batter and roll it on bread crumbs powder.
Step 6: Take a heavy bottomed vessel and add oil for deep frying drop the kebab
into the hot oil fry it both sides until it gets golden color.
Step 7: Drain on kitchen paper to remove the excess oil.
Step 8: Try this food recipe and serve hot along with tomato ketch up.
