Procedure to Prepare Jowar Payasam: 

Jowar Payasamu IngredientsStep 1: Heat ghee in a pan add Cashew nuts and Almonds fry till it gets golden brown then transfer it into the plate and set aside.

Step 2: In the same pan add jowar rava fry it till the raw aroma goes off and pour milk in the jowar rava boil it for about 5 minutes in medium flame.

Step 3: And add them sugar and cardamom powder mix it well.

Jowar Payasamu RecipeStep 4: Cook it for 3 minutes and stirring continuously to avoid formation of lumps.

Step 5: Finally add fried Cashew nuts and Almonds mix very well sauté it for 2 minutes and till it looks like a thick paste after that switch off the heat.
