Mango Pulihora

Mango Pulihora
Ingredients:
    Mango Pulihora Ingredients
  • ·         Mangoes – 2  
  • ·         Mustards – ½ tablespoon
  • ·         Bengal gram – 1 tablespoon
  • ·         Dry chilli – 5
  • ·         Curry leaves – 10
  • ·         Turmeric powder – ½ tablespoon
  • ·         Black gram – ½ tablespoon
  • ·         Ground nuts – ½ cup
  • ·         Green chilli – 4
  • ·         Salt to taste
  • ·         Boiled Rice – 3 cups
  • ·         Oil as required
Procedure to prepare mango pulihora:
  • Step 1: Now peel the mangoes. Grate it with chopper.
  • Step 2: Take a bowl add boiled rice and turmeric powder mix it will.
  • Step 3: Take a frying pan add oil, mustard seeds, Bengal gram, black gram,

    ground nuts, green chilli, curry leaves and dry chillies fry it 5 minutes in medium flame till it change golden brown color     
  • Step 4: Take another pan add oil and add chopped mango fry it 15 minutes in medium flame.
  • Step 5: Add this all ingredients in cooked rice and also add fried mango mix it well then heat off.
  • Step 6: Serve this tasty traditional south Indian mango pulihora.
