- · Mangoes – 2
- · Mustards – ½ tablespoon
- · Bengal gram – 1 tablespoon
- · Dry chilli – 5
- · Curry leaves – 10
- · Turmeric powder – ½ tablespoon
- · Black gram – ½ tablespoon
- · Ground nuts – ½ cup
- · Green chilli – 4
- · Salt to taste
- · Boiled Rice – 3 cups
- · Oil as required
Procedure to prepare mango pulihora:
- Step 1: Now peel the
mangoes. Grate it with chopper.
- Step 2: Take a bowl add boiled rice and turmeric powder mix it will.
- Step 3: Take a frying pan add oil, mustard seeds, Bengal gram, black gram, ground nuts, green chilli, curry leaves and dry chillies fry it 5 minutes in medium flame till it change golden brown color
- Step 4: Take another pan add oil and add chopped mango fry it 15 minutes in medium flame.
- Step 5: Add this all ingredients in cooked rice and also add fried mango mix it well then heat off.
- Step 6: Serve this tasty traditional south Indian mango pulihora.
