Procedure to prepare Spinach Pulao:

Spinach Pulao IngredientsStep 1: Firstly clean and chop the onions and green chilli set aside. And clean and wash the rice keep aside.

Step 2: Take a mixer add chopped coriander, spinach, mint, ginger, garlic and green chilli mix it well and prepare thick paste and transfer it into a bowl keep aside.

Step 3: Now take a pressure cooker pour oil heat in 1 minute and add cloves, cumin, cinnamon, cardamom, bay leaf and garam masala fry it for 1 minute in medium flame. And add chopped onions fry till it changes the color.

Spinach Pulao RecipeStep 4: Add prepared paste and salt as per taste fry it until the raw aroma of these ingredients goes off.

Step 5: Now pour 2 cups water boil it for about 1 minute and add the washed rice mix it well sauté it in medium flame.

Step 6: Finally add the chopped coriander later cover the cooker pan with the lid cook it for about 3 whistles after that switch off the flame and set aside till the pressure goes off.    

Step 7: Serve this tasty and healthy Spinach pulao Recipe along with onion raita or Potato Masala Curry.
