Directions to Prepare Spinach Fried Rice Recipe:

Spinach Fried Rice Recipe IngredientsStep 1: Firstly wash and chop the spinach, onions, green chilli and tomatoes into medium size and set aside in a plate. Wash the ginger piece well and remove the skin from the ginger piece and chop them into medium size pieces and set aside in a plate.

Step 2: Take a mixer add chopped spinach, ginger, green chilli and add some water grind it very well and prepare fine and smooth paste then transfer the prepared paste into a bowl and set aside.

Step 3: Take vessel pour some oil, add cumin seeds, chopped onions and add slightly crushed garlic cloves and fry it for few minutes in normal flame till it turns into light golden brown.

Step 4: Add chopped tomatoes and fry it for 3 minutes in medium heat.

Step 5: Now add prepared spinach paste and add required quantity of salt fry it well till the raw aroma of these ingredients goes off.  

Step 6: Add boiled rice mix in between for every 2 to 3 minutes cover with a shallow plate.

Step 7: Finally add grated coriander after that turn off the heat.

Step 8:  Try and serve this simple and greenish spinach fried rice recipe. Enjoy this recipe taste when it is hot.
