Way to prepare the Mango Curry:
Step 1: Firstly peel
the mango chop into medium size and also chop the onions and green chilli set
aside.
Step 2: Take pan
pour oil; add turmeric powder, mustards, cumin’s, asafoetida, dry chilli and
few curry leaves fry it 1 minute.
Step 3: Add chopped
onions and green chilli fry till it gets the golden brown colour and add chopped
mango cook it 10 minutes in medium flame.
Step 4: Now add salt
as required quantity, coriander powder and chopped coriander fry it 1 minute on
medium heat.
Step 5: And add
water sauté it till oil separates out of the curry then turn off the heat.
Step 6: Try
and Serve this mango curry recipe with rice.
