- · Fish pieces – 4
- · Garlic Cloves – 1/2 cup
- · Chopped green chilli – 4 tablespoons
- · Chopped coriander – 1/2 cup
- · Mint leaves – 1/2 cup

- · Gram flour – 1/2 cup
- · Cashew nuts – 20
- · Egg – 1
- · Lemon – 1
- · Salt to taste
- · Red chilli powder as per taste.
- · Oil as required
Procedure to
prepare Fish Fry:
- Step 1: Firstly clean the fish pieces and wash with salt water. Keep it aside.
- Step 2: Take a mixer add chopped onions, cashew nuts, garlic cloves, green chilli, chopped coriander and mint leaves grind it well and make a thick and smooth paste. Take this paste in a large bowl.
- Step 3: Take a bowl break the egg and add gram flour mix it well.
- Step 4: Now add the cleaned fish pieces in paste and add salt as per taste and red chilli powder then marinate it for about 1 hour.
- Step 5: Take a large vessel pour oil for deep fry heat it for about 2 minutes in normal flame. Once oil is heated then dip the marinated fish pieces in egg mixture and drop in to the heated oil.
- Step 6: Now flip and fry both sides for about 10 minutes till the fish pieces become crisp and smooth.
- Step 7: Now serve this fish pieces fry with some lemon slices.
