Carrot Curry Recipe
Ingredients:

  • ·         Carrot –1/2 kg.
  • ·         Onions – 3.
  • ·         Green chilli – 4.
  • ·         Ginger garlic paste – 2 tablespoons.
  • ·         Coriander powder – 1 tablespoon.
  • ·         Chopped Coriander – 1/2 cup.
  • ·         Salt to taste.
  • ·         Red chilli powder – 1 tablespoon.
  • ·         Oil as required.
  • ·         Water as needed.
Procedure to prepare carrot curry:

  • Step 1: Firstly clean and chop the carrot, onion and green chilli in medium size.
  • Step 2: Take pan pour oil add chopped onions and green chilli fry it until gets golden brown colour.
  • Step 3: Add chopped carrot, ginger garlic paste and coriander powder sauté it for 5 minutes.
  • Step 4: Now add salt as per taste, chopped coriander and water then mix well all the ingredients and cook it till the curry becomes thick gravy after that heat off.  
  • Step 5: Try and serve this tasty and healthy carrot curry with rice or roties.
