- · Carrot –1/2 kg.
- · Onions – 3.
- · Green chilli – 4.
- · Ginger garlic paste – 2 tablespoons.
- · Coriander powder – 1 tablespoon.
- · Chopped Coriander – 1/2 cup.
- · Salt to taste.
- · Red chilli powder – 1 tablespoon.
- · Oil as required.
- · Water as needed.
Procedure to prepare carrot curry:
- Step 1: Firstly clean and chop the carrot, onion and green chilli in medium size.
- Step 2: Take pan pour oil add chopped onions and green chilli fry it until gets golden brown colour.
- Step 3: Add chopped carrot, ginger garlic paste and coriander powder sauté it for 5 minutes.
- Step 4: Now add salt as per taste, chopped coriander and water then mix well all the ingredients and cook it till the curry becomes thick gravy after that heat off.
- Step 5: Try and serve this tasty and healthy carrot curry with rice or roties.
