Mint Rice

Mint rice
Ingredients:
    Mint rice ingredients
  • ·         Mint – 3 bunches. 
  • ·         Rice – 1/2 kg.
  • ·         Tomato – 6.
  • ·         Cumin – 1/2 table spoon.
  • ·         Clove – 4.
  • ·         Cardamom – 3.
  • ·         Green peas – 50 grams.
  • ·         Green chilli – 4.
  • ·         Cinnamon – 1.
  • ·         Wailong – 1.
  • ·         Cashew nuts – 50 grams.
  • ·         Garlic cloves – 6.
  • ·         Salt to taste.
  • ·         Water as needed.
  • ·         Oil as required.
Procedure to prepare mint rice:
  • Step 1: Firstly wash and soak rice for about 30 minutes.
  • Step 2: Chop the mint and wash it well and drain the water.
    How to make Mint Rice Recipe
  • Step 3: Take a mixer add green peas, chopped mint, tomatoes, garlic cloves, cumin and green chilli blend these ingredients and prepare thick paste.
  • Step 4: Now take a cooker pour oil, clove, cardamom, cinnamon, wailong, and cashew nuts fry it 3 minutes in medium flame.
  • Step 5: Add mint green peas paste fry it 10 minutes in medium flame until the raw aroma goes off.
  • Step 6: Now add salt as per taste and one glass rice after that add two glasses of water boil in 10 minutes.
  • Step 7: Close the cooker pan with lid and cook it for 3 whistles then heat off.    
  • Step 8: Try and Serve this easy healthy mint rice recipe.
