Way to prepare Barfi:
Barfi-Ingredients
Step 1: Grease a bit of ghee on a butter paper lined on a tray set aside.
Step 2:  Take a vessel pour milk boil it for about 10 minutes then add sugar mix it well.
Step 3: The sugar would start melting, after that add rice flour stirring it continuously.
Step 4:  The consistency of the mixture would becomes slight thin due to the melting if the sugar stir often and continue to cook on allow flame.
Barfi-RecipeStep 5: Add grated coconut, chopped dry fruits or your choice of dry fruits also and add cardamom powder.
Step 6: Pour the entire barfi mixture in the greased butter paper. 
Step 7: Once the barfi cools down slice it into your required shape, I preferred square or diamond shape. Serve this yummy barfi and can Store this barfi for 4 to 5 days.
