Procedure to Prepare Bottle Gourd with Mustard Curry:

Bottle Gourd With Mustard Curry IngredientsStep 1: Firstly slit the green chilli and set aside.

Step 2: Take a bowl soak the gingili seeds for about 20 minutes.

Step 3: Now Take a mixer or blender add mustards, grated coconut, green chilli, salt as per taste and add soaked gingili grind it well and prepare a smooth paste.

Bottle Gourd With Mustard Curry RecipeStep 4: Take a vessel pour oil; add chopped bottle gourd fry it 5 minutes then add prepared paste mix it well in between for every 2 to 3 minutes cover with a shallow plate.

Step 5: Finally add red chili powder and chopped coriander mix very well and sauté it for 1 minute after that switch off the flame.

Step 6: Transfer the curry to a serving bowl serve hot with cooked rice.
