Instructions to Prepare Cauliflower
Pickle:
Step 1: Firstly clean and wash the cauliflower
florets then place them into heat water bowl and soak it for about 10 minutes.
Step 2: Clean the cauliflower pieces with a
soft cloth and spread them over a dry cloth.
Step 3: Meanwhile take a frying pan for dry
fry then add mustard and fenugreek fry till it gets the golden brown colour then
set aside.
Step 4: Take a mixer or blender add fried
mustard and fenugreek grind it well and prepare fine powder then transfer it
into a bowl and keep aside.
Step 5: Take a pan pour oil and add dried cauliflower
florets fry it 10 minutes then remove them into a bowl.
Step 6: Take a large bowl add fried cauliflower
florets, prepared mustard and fenugreek powder, red chilli powder and salt as per
taste and add slightly crushed garlic cloves mix it well together then adding
oil to the mixture.
Step 7: Finally add lemon juice mix
everything well store this in a clean glass jar.
Step 8: Do not use plastic jars for storing
pickles
Step 9: Pickle taste change and it is
unhealthy to store the pickles in plastic container.
Step 10: Serve this pickle along with curd rice, cooked
rice or idli or dosa.
