Procedure to Make
Coconut Milk for Recipe:
Step 1: Take a fresh mature coconut and break it and collect the water in a glass
and grate the white flesh with a hand grater.
Step 2 :Take the coconut grating in a blender jar add 3 cup water and blend till the
coconut is ground well for a couple of minutes.
Step 3: Pour the coconuts mixture in a bowl lined with a thin fine strainer.
Step 4: The coconut milk be strained press with a spoon on the coconut shreds so that
all the milk is strained away.
Step 5: What you get now is the thick coconut milk.

Flowers Recipe:
Step 1: Take a large bowl add equal amount of Maida flour and rice flour mix them
once and add cardamom powder mix it very well together and set aside.
Step 2: Take a bowl pour coconut milk and add required amount of sugar mix it very
well together till the sugar completely melts in the milk.
Step 3: Take another bowl add prepared flours mixture and add coconut milk little
by little mix very well together.
Step 4: Mix until bajji batter like consistency.
Step 5 : Take a heavy bottomed vessel and pour oil for deep frying then drop the
heat maker when oil become very hot then
dip hot maker in batter ¾ of maker drop the
maker cook it in hot oil for about 2
minutes.
Step 6: It will separate from maker just press slightly with knife fry till it
gets golden color to make all in the same process.
Step 7: Preserve in air tight box.
