Directions to
Make Chicken Manchurian Recipe:
Step 1: Firstly clean and wash the chicken well and drain the excess water from it
and chop the chicken pieces into small size and set aside.
Step 2: Take a bowl pour curd, red chilli powder, and coriander powder, green chilli
paste and add required quantity of salt to taste mix well everything together and
set aside.
Step 3: Take another bowl break the egg, add corn flour and rice flour mix very
well drop the chicken pieces and marinate it for about 1 hour.
Step 4 : Take a vessel pour oil heat it for about 1 minute and add marinated
chicken pieces and fry it for few minutes till it turns into golden brown then
remove the fried chicken pieces into plate and set aside.
Step 5 : Take another vessel pour oil add curry leaves fry it and add ginger garlic
paste and add green chilli paste sauté it for few seconds then add deep fried
chicken pieces.
Step 6: Now add the curd mixture and cook on low flame mixing the contents well
toss the chicken till the curd dries up and the chicken absorbs the curd.
Step 7: Mix finely add grated coriander mix very well and cook it for about 2
minutes after that turn off the flame.
