Directions to Prepare Fish with Dry
Chilli Curry Recipe:
Step 1: Firstly
clean and wash the fish pieces and drain the water from the pieces and set
aside.
Step 2: Take a bowl
add fish pieces, garam masala, add pinch of turmeric powder and add required
amount of salt mix it very well and marinate it for about 1 hour and set aside.
Step 3: Wash the onions
and green chilli and chop them into medium size and keep aside in a plate.
Step 4 : Take a mixer
add dry chilli, add grated coconut, coriander seeds, garlic cloves and ginger
piece grind these ingredients and prepare fine paste and transfer the prepared
paste into a bowl and set aside.
Step 5: Take vessel
pour oil add chopped onions and green chili fry it gets light golden brown
color.
Step 6: Add prepared
paste fry until the raw aroma goes off.
Step 7: Now add red
chili powder, add coriander and add marinated fishes fry it for 5 minutes.
Step 8: Pour some water
and add required amount of salt to taste and cook it for about 5 minutes or
more till the gravy become thickens and you see some specks of oil on the top
after that turn off the heat.
Step 9: Try and
serve this spicy fish with dry chilli curry recipe along with steamed rice.
