Directions to Cook Paneer Rice Recipe:

Step 1: Wash and chop the onion and green chilli into lengthy and set aside in a plate.

Step 2: Heat oil in a pan add paneer cubes, coriander powder and add cumin seeds powder  fry it well for few minutes till it turns into light golden brown then remove the fried panner cubes into a bowl and set aside.

Step 3: In the same pan add Cinnamon stick, Cardamom, Clove and Anise star  fry it roast and remove them to a plate and cool it them pound them very well and make a fine and smooth powder then transfer the prepared powder into a bowl and set aside.

Paneer Rice RecipeStep 4: In the same pan pour the oil add chopped onions, green chilli and add prepared powder fry it well for 3 minutes in normal heat.

Step 5: Add ginger garlic paste fry it for 1 minute and add mint leaves, tomato paste and add cashew nuts paste fry it well in medium flame till the raw aroma goes off.

Step 6: Now add the boiled rice, coriander powder and add required quantity of salt mix well allow it to cook for about 5 minutes.

Step 7: Finally add grated coriander and add fried paneer mix very well everything together and cook it for about 5 minutes in medium heat then turn off the heat.

Step 8:  Try and serve this yummy and spicy paneer rice food recipe. Enjoy this recipe taste when it is hot.
